Tracking

• Background tracking of global mouse activity (clicks + movement) — private by design: no screen positions, ever.
• Auto and Manual modes: Auto opens a time block when activity is detected and closes it after an idle gap; Manual is a simple Start/Stop stopwatch.
• Optional keyboard tracking, stored as a count only — the keys pressed are never recorded.
• Configurable auto-block idle gap (10 seconds to 5 minutes).
